Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
∎ Administration of head and sub-contracts
∎ Assisting with the preparation of documentation
∎ Assisting with customer support
∎ Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls promptly
∎ Identify client’s needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
∎ Explain Our Services and prices and answer questions from the client
∎ Obtain names and telephone numbers of potential customers from sources and maintain the database
∎ Also, to work on projects and other responsibilities within the department
