Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
∎ Experience will be given priority in construction and site supervision.
∎ Proficiency in project planning and layout.
∎ Strong knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and standards.
∎ Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with various departments.
∎ Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
∎ Leadership qualities to guide and motivate the project team.
∎ In-depth understanding of safety regulations and protocols.
∎ Problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges promptly.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee and monitor construction activities to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
∎ Proficiently handle project layout and ensure accurate implementation on-site.
∎ Take ownership of the drawing studio and the accurate preparation of project estimates.
∎ Develop comprehensive weekly and monthly project plans for efficient project execution.
∎ Prepare Material Purchase Requisitions (MPR) and Material Receipt Reports (MRR) with precision.
∎ Generate and maintain inventory reports, ensuring that ledgers are consistently updated.
∎ Provide effective supervision for various aspects of construction, including foundation, superstructure, plumbing, tiling, painting, and aluminum work.
∎ Possess expertise in exposed concrete (fair-faced) building techniques, contributing to the aesthetic and structural aspects of projects.
∎ Maintain clear and proactive communication with relevant departments to ensure seamless workflow and project progress.
∎ Collaborate with the Site Engineer and project team to address any challenges and ensure timely solutions.
∎ Uphold and promote safety protocols and regulations on-site at all times.
∎ Assist in maintaining records of site activities, progress reports, and project documentation.
∎ Demonstrate strong leadership skills and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
∎ Managing store operations and attending to guests, landowners, and clients.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
