Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and oversee site operations for furniture manufacturing and installation projects.
∎ Monitor the implementation of project plans, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
∎ Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of site activities.
∎ Inspect materials, equipment, and workmanship to meet company standards.
∎ Provide on-site technical support and resolve any issues that arise during project execution.
∎ Prepare daily site reports and update project progress to the senior management.
∎ Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory requirements on-site.
∎ Conduct product estimation, including material requirements, production timelines, and cost analysis.
∎ Supervise factory operations to ensure efficient workflow, quality control, and compliance with safety standards.
∎ Prepare and implement daily work plans to align with production targets and deadlines.
∎ Candidates with experience in the furniture manufacturing industry will be given preference.
∎ Candidates with a passion for engineering, attention to detail, and a willingness to grow in the furniture manufacturing industry will thrive in this role. The key Responsibilities are:
