∎ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from reputed university:
∎ Minimum 01 years of professional experience in relevant field;

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in Preparation of Expression of Interest (EOI), Proposals;
∎ Review all the necessary documents from Business Development department to start-up project operation;
∎ Develop, maintain and coordinate Client relationships across the organization; maintain liaison with talent acquisition team & ensure planned expert mobilization;
∎ Coordination and Negotiation with different International and National Experts;
∎ Collaboration with other International and National Business Partners and other Stakeholders;
∎ Coordination to ensure consistency and quality in proposal submissions;
∎ Follow up monthly invoice submission and payment with the TL/ Accountants and prepare report on WIP and debtor and update the workbench;
∎ Assist in corporate and project audits;
∎ Prepare project summary for board meetings and monitor project revenue, expenses and MM’s against the base line;
∎ Ensure timely collection of employer’s certificate on completion of the project;
∎ Assist TL/ DTL and functional GMs’ in preparing variation order proposals, replacement proposals, drafting meeting minutes, letter correspondences and for any other contractual issues;
∎ Sound knowledge about different government policy programs, commercial conditions, contracts, and legal issues will be appreciated;
