Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Attentively complete the Japanese Language training for one year.
∎ The trainees will attend and complete the exams that will be conducted occasionally, achieve passing scores, and maintain the company's expected standards.
∎ Take responsibility for other relevant tasks and assignments assigned by the company
∎ Visit sites according to management instructions and engage in required tasks.
∎ Actively performing and solving technical issues to continually improve technical knowledge.
∎

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ After 1 year training period in Dhaka, employees will work in Japan While training, the trainees will receive 16,000 BDT per month as an allowance. A special bonus will be paid to employees who have been determined to work in Japan. After being relocated, the incumbents will receive a competitive monthly salary (170000 Japanese Yen) as per the policy. At the start of employment in Japan, the incumbents will also receive other benefits such as leaves, bonuses, residential allowance, transportation allowance, and insurance facilities.
