• Practical experience in running and managing Meta advertising campaigns.
• Proper understanding of content strategy, creative development, and high-converting ad hooks.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and identify optimization opportunities.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for continuous learning and professional growth.

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.

• Create, analyze, and improve ad performance to achieve business goals.

• Develop and evaluate sales-driven marketing content.

• Research, create, and optimize effective ad hooks, creatives, and campaign angles.

• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports.

• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market research.

• Collaborate with the content, design, and sales teams to improve campaign results.

• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and Meta Ads ecosystem changes.
