Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial/ Purchase, Documentation, Export/ Import through L/C
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, Clearing & Forwarding (C&F) Companies, Trading or Export/Import

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor Shipping lines, shippers for execution of shipments.
∎ Provide BL draft to shipping line and follow-up with them until ETA at destination.
∎ Collection of quotations from freight forwarder and other parties.
∎ To verify correct booking confirmation of consignments issued by shipping line.
∎ Collecting documents from shippers/suppliers.
∎ Prepare all export related documents: contract, bill of exchange, B/L draft, commercial invoices, packing list, detail packing list, Beneficiary Certificate UD, IC, CO (Certificate of Origin), NOC, GSP, CO/SAFTA/ AFTA.
∎ Prepare and input all financial and documents related data in Excel Sheet.
∎ Develop and keep filing system up to date.
∎ Scrutiny shippers all documents and assets documents department to prepare final documents.
∎ Scrutiny final documents before submission to Bank.
∎ Verification of Customers LC as per Purchase Order terms, document preparation, including rising of Promissory Notes as per LC Terms.
∎ Collecting LC's from Bank with advice and re advice.
∎ Negotiate documents with Bank, both against LC and CAD.
∎ LC endorsement and transfer with Bank and provide to shipper's/ suppliers.
∎ Monitor Customers Payments (In case of LC and CAD payment).
∎ Develop data entry of payment both local and foreign.
∎ To make Documentation and Inspection, AIT, TAX, VAT.
∎ Sending of payment request to buyer and follow up payment received or realization.
∎ To handle EPB related activities & Prepare documents.
∎ Performance on HS code, Customs Act, Import Policy, Export Policy, Bond formalities and other related laws applicable for Import & Export.
∎ Execution of any other commercial related work assigned to him by Top Management.
∎ Support sales department and management when necessary.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 10000 - 12000 (Monthly)
