Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electronics and Communication or Electrical and Electronics/Computer Science/Applied Physics/Physics.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for daily maintenance, monitoring troubleshooting and recovering in satellite and digital news gathering system
∎ Prepares and maintains all records related to, engineering logs, warranties and technical workflows of the broadcast facility
∎ Core Broadcasting/ Satellite communication
∎ IP streaming
∎ Video & Audio signaling
∎ Configuration of Broadcasting equipment
∎ Perform on demand job assigned by HOD from time to time which is achievable, reasonable and relevant to job and legal also
∎ IP encoder/decoder maintenance and log management.
∎ Knowledge on camera and sound equipment.
∎ Mindset to work long hours.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to deliver in crisis situation
∎ Capability to provide quick solution
∎ Excellent understanding of latest technology developments in Broadcast Industry
∎ Comprehensive understanding of live news environment
∎ Operating knowledge in the following area:
∎ Baseband Network
∎ RF Network/ Satellite Communication
∎ Windows Operating System
∎ Basic knowledge of IP network
∎ Basic knowledge of Electrical & Electronics
∎ Video Compression, video routing, video conversion/ signaling, audio technology
∎ Candidates who do not meet the requirements are discouraged to apply
