Educational Requirements:
∎ At least Bachelor's (advanced degree preferred) degree in Statistics/ Applied Statistics/ Biostatistics or related field.
∎ Fresh graduates can apply but experience in relevant sector is preferred.

Job Context:
∎ We invite applications for the position "Junior Biostatistician" to join our data management team.
∎ Employment term: The position will be for 1 year (3 month provisionary), may be extended based on performance and mutual interest.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support Biostatisticians in cleaning and checking datasets.
∎ Assist in analyzing data, making charts, tables, and other visuals.
∎ Support Biostatisticians in generating data reports.
∎ Develop codes in STATA or in R for computing selected indicators.
∎ Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Technical/Functional Skills:
∎ Cleaning and analyzing datasets.
∎ Knowledge of statistical disclosure control methods and tools
∎ Good knowledge on one or more of the statistical softwares like STATA, R
∎ Good knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Salary: Tk. 35000 - 40000 (Monthly)
