∎ B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a reputed university;
∎ Working knowledge on AutoCAD/ Revit/ Civil 3D and Microsoft Office applications will get preference;
∎ 1 years of experience in relevant sector; freshers can also apply;

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ability to work in a variety of construction environments including Residential, Commercial, Educational, Industrial and Health care related projects;
∎ Assist BIM Engineer in producing details/ drawings that comply with design criteria, contract requirements;
∎ Assist BIM Coordinator/ Manager in developing Architectural/ Structural/ MEP Elements, Templates, Annotations, Title blocks in BIM;
∎ Learn and demonstrate proficiency in software related to BIM;
∎ Should have enthusiasm to learn company BIM Standards and assist BIM Manager in developing them;
∎ Learn and demonstrate proficiency in construction trade knowledge (Architecture, Structure, MEPF & Infrastructure);
∎ Strive to build strong network connections with project team;
∎ Undertake self-checking initiatives whilst maintaining quality control to ensure adherence to all relevant design criteria and standards;
∎ Undertake any other task as instructed by Supervisor;
