Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
AutoCAD, Building & Factory Design With 3d Visualization, Drafting, Exterior Design, Interior Design, SketchUp, V Ray Render
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Architecture Firm, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Interior and Architecture Design concept, plan, elevation, Detail Working drawing, 3D Visualization.
∎ Visit project site and supervision of working progress.
∎ Negotiate and meeting with nominated consulting firms and collect design.
∎ To ensure material specification
∎ Any other tasks assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidate must have 02-03 Years experience in Junior Architect position & 05 Years Experience is preferable for Assistant Architect position
∎ Proper knowledge of RAJUK rules.
∎ Clear understanding of project process.
∎ Sound Knowledge in Modern Interior and Exterior Design
∎ Must have ability to provide solution on the constraints of space
∎ Must have proper knowledge on interior materials
∎ Software Skill: AutoCad/Revit, Sketchup/3D Max /Maya, V-Ray
∎ Basic Software Skill: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
∎ Team work and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Both Male & Female are encouraged to apply
