Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for innovative Architect to design and develop residential, commercial and industrial buildings.
∎ Job Location: DOHS Baridhara, Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design, develop and manage any kind of residential, commercial and industrial buildings
∎ Develop model and 3D
∎ Preparation of plan, elevation and section along with working drawings
∎ Preparation of exterior and interior 3D
∎ Preparation of 3D animation
∎ Cost estimation and preparation of BoQ of architectural elements along with interiors

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s) in architectural design sectors
∎ Practical working experience in design of concrete and steel structure buildings
∎ Thorough knowledge on Imarot Nirman Bidhimala (2008) and Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC2020)
∎ Excellent knowledge, proficiency and skill in Design software preferably AutoCAD, 3D Max, Sketch Up, Lumion etc
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
