Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, sections, and elevations using AutoCAD and other drafting software.
∎ Assist management and team in concept design, space planning, and 3D modeling.
∎ Develop and refine technical drawings and construction documents, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
∎ Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to integrate their inputs into architectural plans.
∎ Work on presentation drawings, material boards, and client presentations using SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion, or other visualization tools.
∎ Support project documentation, BOQ preparation, and tender drawings.
