Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Architecture in Architecture, Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Architecture, Diploma in Civil in Civil Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Client meeting presentation
∎ Understanding Client needs and Develop Design Concept for the Company and Clients
∎ Must have sound knowledge in AutoCad, Lumion, Sketchup & Microsoft Power Point
∎ Prepare Design concept, Plan Elevation, detailed Working Drawing, 2D & 3D Visualization and Cost Estimation.
∎ Make and Submit quotation, models, Complete construction documents,
∎ Assist building plan and Material presentation.
∎ The candidate must have Sound Knowledge in Modern Design & Drawing.
∎ Have to be resourceful and creative problem solver.
∎ Candidate must need to visit project site and supervision of working progress.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.
∎ If the candidate knows how to drive Motorcycle & have Driving license, it will result into an advantage in being finalized candidate for the job.
