Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate with Architectural work of the ongoing construction projects.
∎ Coordination, liaison and meeting with the project consultant.
∎ Troubleshoot problems of all drawings, designs at construction site in consultation with Project-in-Charge.
∎ Responsible for checking and correction of supplied drawing and prepare feedback based on discussion with Project in-Charge and Senior Management.
∎ Responsible for coordination with Project Consultant with approved feedback.
∎ Responsible for briefing & fine-tuning design and drawing for construction site.
∎ Responsible to coordinate with different consultant (Architect, Structural Engineer, Plumbing Engineer, Electrical Engineer) for fool-proofing the integrated final design and drawing.
∎ Responsible to oversee compliance of actual construction with the approved drawings.
∎ Any other activity as and when required by the Management.

∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The person must have experience working with architectural plan and its implementation in construction site.
Salary: Negotiable
