∎ Age 20 to 28 years
∎ Must have experience in interior design work
∎ Building design
∎ Practical work experience in landscape
∎ Solid high-end interior design experience,
∎ Fluency in AutoCAD,
∎ Fluency in Sketch Up, V-Ray, Working Design, Layout Design, New Site Visit, 3D visualization, BOQ

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate and lead the interior design team as a senior architect.
∎ Follow up leads.
∎ Visit clients and make sales.
∎ Take client requirements properly and brief the design team.
∎ Collaborate with the design team and get quality designs prepared by them.
∎ Prepare quotations and presentations for clients.
∎ Prepare designs based on client requirements.
∎ Handle client queries and ensure after sale support.
