3DXMax AutoCAD, Adobe illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, LUMION, Powerpoint, SketchUp, V Ray Render

Job Context:
∎ Our company is looking for an experienced, hardworking, dedicated, and honest architect who has sound knowledge of interior design, customer meeting, primary design, presentation of design, 3D creation.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist our senior architect and other members of the Design Team.
∎ Meet with the client for a site visit. Collect pictures, measurements, and all necessary details of the
∎ site required for the project design.
∎ Works with clients to determine initial goals and requirements for the space to be designed.
∎ Collaborates with team members to further understand how interior and construction space should function, appear,
∎ and be furnished.
∎ Prepare sketches or other visual aids (Computer-aided design or CAD files) to demonstrate Marketing related poster and ads design.
∎ preliminary designs to clients.
∎ Consult with clients to select materials, furnishings, and décor.
∎ Determine the timelines and project cost and present accurate estimates to the client.
∎ Order or obtain necessary materials, adhering to project and budget specifications.
∎ Oversee the installation of materials, furniture, and other design element.
∎ Must have sound knowledge in AutoCAD, Lumion, Sketchup,photoshop, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
∎ Prepare Design concept, plan Elevation, detailed working drawing, 3D Visualization.
∎ Must have knowledge of every internal and external design.Working with 2D Planning, 3D Modeling, Rendering & Animation.Must have knowledge of interior design ideas and 3D Visualization Software.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Software Requirement:
∎ AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Lumion, Vary or 3dsMax, Vary, Photoshop.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 22000 (Monthly)
∎ negotiable.
