We are looking for a highly dedicated, responsible, and proactive female Junior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in interior design, architectural planning, client communication, and site supervision. She must be willing to work in a dynamic environment, handle clients professionally, and travel to project sites both within and outside Dhaka as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in architectural planning, interior design, 2D drawings, and 3D visualization.

• Communicate with clients, understand their requirements, and provide professional support.

• Visit project sites in Dhaka and outside Dhaka for measurements, supervision, and progress monitoring.

• Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and the internal team.

• Monitor site execution to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with approved designs.

• Prepare design presentations, quotations, project updates, and other required documents.

• Maintain regular communication and follow up with clients regarding project progress.

• Manage assigned tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.

• Maintain daily work reports, site visit records, and project documentation.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D visualization, and design presentation tools and Motion graphics video.

• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

• Ability to travel to project sites within and outside Dhaka.

• Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and time management.

• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work under pressure when necessary.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic documentation.
