Job Context:
∎ Faruq M&E Consultants (FMEC) firm is a reputed MEP design consulting firm (website: www.fmecbd.com) working in industrial sector and is an organisational member of the USGBC. FMEC`s most of the projects are LEED certified. There is a growing demand for designing LEED certified Commercial Interior of factory`s office blocks and production floors in addition to overall factory building`s LEED certifications. We have two on going projects where we are doing Commercial Interior design.
∎ We require fresh architect having elaborate knowledge in interior design, rendering, sketch up, photo shop etc. The successful candidate has to work with a team of architects. Office time is generally 9:00 am to 6:00 pm but may have to work for extended hours if required. . Frequent project site visits will be required.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of interior design work of an ongoing office using AutoCAD, Sketch up and photo shop.
∎ Do rendering of developed interior design for presentation
∎ Prepare power point presentation slides
∎ Prepare section drawings for construction purpose

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Good skill in rendering.
∎ Good writing skill in English language

Salary:
∎ Tk. 18000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary structure as per company`s rule

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance
∎ Lunch Facilities: Partially Subsidize
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Festival bonus equivalent to one month basic salary is equally divided and given in two Eid festivals.
∎ 5% basic salary increase in January after completing minimum 6 continuous working months.
