Job Context:
∎ The person must have experience of working in a leading Architecture & Interior Design Oriented company and implementing designs by senior Architectural consultants and also should have experience working with architectural plan and its implementation in construction site.
∎ Job Location - Dhaka (MIRPUR DOHS)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have expertise on AutoCAD, 3DS Max, Lumion, Sketch up, Illustrator, Photoshop & Other related Software of designing.
∎ Knowledge of understanding the drawings (plans, elevations, sections & detail construction drawing including architectural, structural and MEP).
∎ Extensive knowledge on project detailing (both exterior & interior).
∎ Prepare the detail drawings of plans, elevations and sections, working drawings for both building and interior design with Cost Estimation.
∎ Basic Knowledge of FAR calculation, Building codes and related RAJUK rules.
∎ Sound knowledge in residential, commercial building and keeping the record of the project
∎ properly.
∎ Must have the capability of project implementation especially for interior project.
∎ Monitoring the drawing process based on field measurement.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
∎ Excellent knowledge of cost estimation & Interior design Materials.
∎ Giving assistance & coordination with the Client, Project Supervisor, Engineer & concerned
∎ person.
