Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives;
∎ Develop comprehensive architectural designs and plans for luxury bathroom and kitchen spaces;
∎ Drive innovation and creativity in designing unique and captivating spaces tailored to our discerning clientele;
∎ Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations while adhering to industry best practices;
∎ Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of projects;
∎ Conduct site visits to oversee construction progress, resolve any technical issues, and ensure quality control;
∎ Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and materials to incorporate in designs;
∎ Provide leadership and mentorship to junior architects and designers within the team.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience as an Architect in the luxury sanitaryware solutions industry;
∎ Strong knowledge of luxury bathroom and kitchen design, materials, and fixtures;
∎ Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp or Revit
∎ Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills;
∎ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment;
∎ Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics;
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding innovative solutions.
