Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We want a architect who have good knowledge on building design.
∎ Must have knowledge of FAR and DAP.
∎ Should have good knowledge on building code(BNBC 2020).
∎ Should have good knowledge on building design.
∎ Must know all familiar software.
∎ Fluent on computer knowledge.
∎ The applicants should have experience on: Illustration, Landscape Design, Photoshop, Sketch Up, Rendering work on lumion.
∎ Should have vast knowledge on AutoCAD 2D ,3D and 3D modeling.
