Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Role Title: Junior AI-Powered Developer (Entry-Level)
∎ Type: Full-Time (Hybrid) Salary: 25,000–35,000 BDT/month
∎ Location: Dhaka (Bashundhara/Uttara)
∎ Hours:
∎ • 3 Days Onsite (10 AM – 6 PM)
∎ • 2 Days Remote (or onsite if needed) ⸻ Role Summary: Support ongoing AI-assisted software development by running, debugging, deploying, and maintaining projects across education, healthcare, and other domains. Take ownership of the codebase lifecycle from testing to live deployment, using modern development tools and AI support. ⸻ Responsibilities:
∎ • Run, test, and debug AI-generated code regularly
∎ • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) to identify bugs and propose/code fixes
∎ • Set up and manage local development environments for multiple projects
∎ • Perform end-to-end deployment: server setup, environment configuration, and app hosting (e.g., Vercel, Heroku, Railway, custom VPS)
∎ • Monitor deployed projects and fix runtime issues or crashes
∎ • Handle domain and SSL setup, environment variables, and third-party integrations
∎ • Maintain version control with Git: commits, branching, merging, conflict resolution
∎ • Organize clean, well-documented repositories for each project
∎ • Automate basic tasks using scripts or dev tools (e.g., Bash, NPM/Yarn scripts)
∎ • Manage API keys, webhooks, and database connections securely • Log issues and maintain changelogs and basic release notes
∎ • Join planning and sync sessions, offer ideas, and track progress of multiple projects
∎ • Take ownership of deployment and update cycles to keep all live projects functional
∎ • Research and apply new tools and best practices for rapid prototyping and deployment
∎ • Maintain backup systems or rollback options for important projects

∎ Technical Requirements:
∎ • Basic working knowledge of programming
∎ • Preferred languages:
∎ • JavaScript/TypeScript
∎ • Python • HTML/CSS
∎ • (Bonus: Node.js, React, Express, MongoDB, Flask, Next.js)
∎ • Familiarity with using AI tools in development (ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, etc.)
∎ • Basic understanding of how web apps work (front-end + back-end logic)
∎ • Able to read documentation and figure things out independently
