Job Context:
∎ The incumbent will go through a training period for around two months under the direct supervision of line manager & people development steering team (PDST) of Pride Group. After successful completion of the program, the incumbent will be expected to take over a unique role in commercial department. However, the content type/ and nature of the unique role (KPIs) will be depending upon how the incumbents perform during his/her learning period.
∎ We highly encourage candidates having 06 months to 1 year related experience to apply. However, Fresh graduates fulfilling required soft skills requirements (Quick Learner, Attention to detail, Punctuality ) may also apply
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collects invoices to prepare GSP files
∎ Coordinates with C&F agents, forwarders to collect shipping bills, EXP copy and dummy BL copy (EPB purpose copy)
∎ Prepares GSP application form through GSP tracker
∎ Submits GSP files in EPB office
∎ Sends issued GSP to the respective buyers and makes amendment, reissues if required
∎ Time to time assists department head to collect, prepare all types of export, import documents
Additional Requirements:
∎ Quick Learner, Attention to detail, Punctuality & Basic Computer Literacy are the key requirements
