Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Should be know the Company's Laws/act and also the rules and regulations.
∎ Monitor, Supervise & Control overall HR, Admin, Compliance.
∎ Proper knowledge of corporate office administrational work.
∎ Supervision of Access Control & Time Attendance System.
∎ To ensure over all Head Office security & safety system
∎ To ensure regular supply of all utilities services.
∎ To supervise & control of duties, responsibilities of subordinate staff.
∎ Monitor all expenditure; ensure all expenses are authorized by Management.
∎ Maintaining Supplier’s payment schedule.
∎ Responsible for checking sub-contractor bill.
∎ Ensure top supervision & Project progress as per work schedule.
∎ Any other works assigned by Management.
