Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Disassemble, inspect, trouble shoot, repair and replace part of printingpress machine·
∎ Identify the root cause of mechanical, electrical and systematic failures.· Responsible for Complaint Management thru Service App via handheld device/Laptop.
∎ Interfaces with team leader and back office to ensure customers' expectations are met.
∎ Provide advice to customers at printing press machines·
∎ Carry out risk assessment before each job.
∎ Write Service reports.
∎ Knows and understands department procedures and goals.
∎ Working on a variety of projects within a short period of time.
∎ Flexible with working hours in order to meet customers' expectations,
∎ Comply with standard operational and working practices.
