Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure smooth transport management, housekeeping, accommodation facility
∎ To ensure canteen management
∎ To manage attendance, leaves, absenteeism of factory staff and prepare daily and monthly attendance
∎ To maintain & update all workers/employees personal files time-to-time as per standard.
∎ To ensure proper waste management
∎ To counsel workers in group wise on general issues, company rules & regulations, policies, disciplinary issues, safety health & hygiene issues
∎ To ensure worker orientation & different health & safety training according to the schedule
∎ To coordinate any event/program
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in Factory Administration
∎ Candidate should be career focused, pro-active, team player and well proficiency in computer literacy (MS Office)
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills in English and Bengali with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels in a multi-cultural environment
