Job Responsibilities:
∎ Welcome the clients, visitors, or guests in the front office and maintain log records.
∎ Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls with greetings in a professional way.
∎ Providing information, forwarding calls, couriers, taking messages, and transferring information to the appropriate person.
∎ Maintain and Update company contact lists.
∎ Handle outgoing and incoming official letters and packages.
∎ Maintaining a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.
∎ Ensure smooth operation of the Administration department.
∎ Attend social media Live.
