Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain clinical trial sourcing and operational activities, building business development activities.
∎ Strong negotiation and basis calculation know-how, develop and maintain analytical database and skills using ERP Software.
∎ Handling each project on qualitative manner, instantly solving critical parameter, preparing and monitoring project wise report.
∎ Plan, budget and conduct Sales & Marketing activities & tendency to achieve sales target.
∎ Maintain strong relationship with global vendors and customers.
∎ Preparing and monitoring monthly, quarterly and yearly sales and marketing budget & report.
∎ Building customer and vendor relationship and monitoring development report.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Knowledge on the pharmaceutical industry and medicine including understanding of clinical trial sourcing and developing process, business development and data analytics.
∎ Strong fundamental and technical understanding including database. Must be able to handle Customers and vendors independently and professionally.
∎ Strong verbal and written skill in English and Bangla communication coupled with good leadership & organizational skills.
∎ Strong skill to operate MS office 365 including Outlook, Excel, ERP software, project management, CRM and project report generation.
∎ Good Self-motivation and self-learning. Achievement orientation & relationship building ability inclination towards being process driven.
