Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Arts (MA) in English, Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check daily mails and report to the Managing Director and the Department Head accordingly.
∎ Convey the Managing Director and the Department Head's advice and perform given tasks 100% during the time line.
∎ Make schedule of meeting and audit in time & provide fruitful action plan.
∎ Report to the Managing Director, the Department Head and required Top Management on different issues happened in HO & Factories.
∎ Assist all departments of HO &other factories on their requirements.
∎ Find out problems and issues & inform the Managing Director, the Department Head and the concern person immediately to solve as early as possible.
∎ Establish lots of written report on production & other departments to bring the visibility of the works.
∎ Prepare Visa related all docs, Air ticket & Hotel Booking for the Managing Director.
∎ Visit all factories on the demand of the necessity of the Managing Director & the Department Head.
∎ Always tried to drive away the misunderstanding/quarrels among the disputers and establish a very good relationship among all company family members.
∎ Promptly send all correspondence as decided by the Top Management.
∎ Design different action plan for the improvement of the company.
∎ Develop understanding between Top Management, Employees & Workers.
