∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Development, Customer Handling, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Service, Customer Support through Phone
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overseeing entire customer service by cooperating with all concerned departments.
∎ Maintaining customer service over social media's.
∎ Managing large amounts of inbound & outbound calls in a timely manner.
∎ Respond promptly to customer inquiries; handle and resolve customer complaints.
∎ Following communication "Scripts" when handling different topics.
∎ Identifying customer need's, clarify information's, provide solutions or alternatives.
∎ Seizing opportunities to up-sell products when they arise.
∎ Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
∎ Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints & actions taken.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
∎ Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods / tools.
∎ maintaining customer service effectively & efficiently.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong verbal & written communication skill, phone skills, listening, chatting, social media, Data entry skills, Customer focused, Attention to detail, Professionalism.
∎ Bangla speaking must be neat and tidy and must not have any regional dialect influence.
∎ Should have keen sense of punctuality along with ethical and professional responsibility.
∎ Should be a pleasant personality, smart and well groomed, soft-spoken & gentle.

Salary: Tk. 12000 - 13000 (Monthly)
