∎ Diploma in Mechanical, Diploma in Refrigeration and air Conditioning

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Service/ support

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyzing problems and developing solutions to resolve them.
∎ Collecting the customer's requirements and time to time acknowledge them about the status.
∎ Daily report to management about the work progress and service report.
∎ Maintaining good relations with the customer, creating a new customer for service.
∎ Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Maintenance, troubleshooting & related works.
∎ To install new machines by establishing, adjusting, and testing performance.
∎ Maintenance of machines by completing preventive maintenance schedules, conducting tests, and troubleshooting and repairing identified multifunction.
∎ Must be Need to Know Physical Work for AC Service and air blower (Gas Welding, Compressor Change, Gas Charge & Discharge)
∎ Work with experienced Filed engineers on basic troubleshooting and ensure repair needs on designated equipment.
∎ Effectively communicate and must have the ability to closely perform with teammates and colleagues.
∎ Should be capable to effectively communicate with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up, ultimately leading to customer satisfaction.
∎ Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and evaluating the latest trends.
∎ Keep internal service records in a timely manner, ordering repair parts, and managing cycle times.
∎ Must be needed to know Microsoft Office Program. (MS Word, MS Xl, Powerpoint, Etc.)
