Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and monitor construction activities for Staff Quarters, Mosques, School Buildings, Office Buildings, Store Buildings, Stakeholders Buildings, and other infrastructure projects.
∎ Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and quality control.
∎ Review and interpret construction plans and specifications.
∎ Provide technical support to the construction team.
∎ Keep detailed records of project progress.
∎ Perform Quantity Surveying (QS) in High Engineering Rise Building Protect work.
∎ Estimate project costs, prepare budgets, and monitor expenses.
∎ Review and analyze project contracts, specifications, and drawings.
∎ Work closely with the project management team to ensure cost-effective project delivery.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years

∎ Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
∎ Proficiency in project management software and relevant engineering tools.
∎ Knowledge of local and international building codes and regulations.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
