Educational Requirements:
∎ M. Pharm/ M.Sc. in Chemistry/ Applied Chemistry from any reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, nventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity and customer service
∎ Supervise warehouse employees and oversee daily operations
∎ Ensure a sound environment for warehouse and proper support for smooth production and enforcement of all company rules and regulations -
∎ Receive all API, Excipient, Packing Material and other deliveries with proper and complete documentation as per receiving Procedure
∎ Properly maintain API, Excipient and Packaging Material received and ensure entry into log book and BIN card Ensure maintenance of finished goods& packaging materials using FIFO system -
∎ Ensure finished goods are received and dispatched with proper documentation -
∎ Ensure proper tracking as per brand name
∎ Control and manage inventory
∎ Manage the flow and quality of work of warehouse team to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime -
∎ Meet regularly with warehouse team to review, analyse, and develop actionable
∎ plans for productivity and loss prevention -
∎ Arrange job and SOP related training on time and as needed -
∎ To prepare and preserve audit (Internal & External) documents -
∎ Any other duties assigned by the reporting Superior

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 years of working experience in warehouse management in a pharmaceuticals/chemical company
