Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, coordinate, and execute construction, renovation, and maintenance projects for the manufacturing facilities, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards.
∎ Conduct regular inspections to assess the structural integrity of buildings, floors, and other infrastructure components. Address and rectify any structural issues promptly.
∎ Implement safety protocols and measures to maintain a secure working environment at the site.
∎ Coordinate with external contractors, vendors, and suppliers, overseeing their work to meet quality and timeline expectations.
∎ Maintain accurate records of project progress, including drawings, specifications, and relevant documentation. Prepare reports and updates for management.
∎ MS Office like Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc. knowledge is must be needed.
∎ Knowledge of Auto-CAD will be a priority for the applicant.
∎ Coordinate any kinds of billing issues like bill submission, cheque collection & banking.
∎ Site/Project may be anywhere in Bangladesh. The Candidate have to Positive attitude to go anywhere in BD for project purposes.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 1 to 2 years (s) experience in the real estate/site engineering sector.
∎ Official documents work like MS Word and Excel.
∎ Smoothly operate computer will get preference.
∎ Basic knowledge of AutoCAD 2D will get preference.
∎ Positive about going anywhere in BD for project purposes.
∎ Must be presentable and hardworking.
∎ Smart, Well-groomed and well-mannered.
∎ Able to handle multitasking activities.
∎ Confident and positive.
∎ Good communication skills.
