Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
∎ Diploma of Architecture with good academic records from any accredited college/ university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Architectural Design, Plan, detail working drawing, 3D visualization, site monitoring & supervision of architectural works as per design.
∎ Team work with consultants, Colleagues and In-house Architects, Civil Engineers and Vendors.
∎ Maintain the co-ordination between architectural and engineering team.
∎ Should be able to work on projects out of the city/town or any other works assigned by the management.
∎ Prepare detail working drawings of interior design for commercial & residential.
∎ Perform any other tasks, Periodic supervision etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 3D Max, LUMION, AutoCAD, Sketch up, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
∎ Computer Literacy: MS Office (Excel/Word/Power Point), Auto CAD and other related software to prepare 3-D Modeling & other presentation.
∎ Sufficient & adequate technical knowledge.
∎ Excellent communication skill.
∎ Extreme Data, report & presentation skill.
∎ 3D Animation
∎ Multitasking.
∎ Ability to handle multiple projects.
