Job Responsibilities:
∎ About to know Interior & Exterior Design.
∎ To coordinate with clients about design and drawings.
∎ Should have creative Idea of modern interior design
∎ Expert in 2D floor plan & 3D Design himself
∎ Costing & Quotation making:
∎ The designer must have strong capability on Residence, Office, Retail Shop, Hotel & Restaurant and Hospital Design.
∎ Must have the ability to provide solutions on the constraints of space and budge.
∎ Must have proper knowledge on interior materials.
∎ Ability to work on own initiative and work well within a small team.
∎ Ability to take responsibility for own work and deliver within deadline.
∎ The candidate should have solid knowledge of specialized software (3D Max Studio, Lumion, Adobe suite etc.)
∎ Great interpersonal skill, communication skill, team work, supportive attitude, eager to learn, proactively and creativity etc.
