Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate or Diploma in Architecture Engineering from any reputed University/ Institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable to communicate with the architectural firm and clients.
∎ Prepare Client meeting presentation, understanding Client needs and Develop Design Concept for the Company and Clients.
∎ Prepare Interior/Architecture Design concept, plan, elevation, detailed working drawing, 3D Visualization and Cost Estimation.
∎ Able to make models, complete construction documents, assist building plan and material presentation.
∎ Sound Knowledge in Modern Design & Drawing.
∎ Have to resourceful and creative problem solver.
∎ Candidate must need to visit project site and supervision of working progress.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Architecture Firm, Interior Design, Construction Firm, Real Estate etc.
∎ Must have proper knowledge on interior materials
∎ Clear concept in construction and design related jobs.
∎ Software Skill: Auto Cad/Revit, Sketchup/3DS Max/Maya
∎ Basic Software Skill: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
∎ Knowledge of animation will be a plus point.
∎ A quick thinker, versatile and able to work in a fast paced environment.
