∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Interior and Architecture Design concept, plan, elevation, Detail Working drawing, 3D Visualization.
∎ Visit project site and supervision of working progress.
∎ Negotiate and meeting with nominated consulting firms and collect design.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ Proper knowledge of RAJUK rules.
∎ Clear understanding of project construction process.
∎ Sound Knowledge in Modern Interior and Exterior Design as per customer's requirement
∎ Must have proper knowledge on interior materials
∎ Software Skill: AutoCad/Revit, Sketchup/3D Max /Maya, V-Ray, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
∎ Team work and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Internal & External meeting with customer
∎ Frequently visit the project site with customers
∎ Market visit
∎ Frequent reply to customer's email with concerned of authority
∎ Must have Negotiation skills
