∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Building Interior, Interior Design, Interior Designing, Interior Firms, Interior Project, Residential Interior
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Interior Design

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Extensive/thorough knowledge on project detailing (Must-have requirement)
∎ Prepare design concept, plan, elevation, detailed & working drawing.
∎ 3D visualization and prepare BOQ & Material specification as per design drawing.
∎ Preparing architecture Rajuk plans, specifications.
∎ Prepare all type working drawing.
∎ Sound knowledge in residential, commercial building interior and keeping a record of project properly.
∎ Prepare interior presentation/ technical proposal to respective clients for approval.
∎ Detailing of any layout/ design for proper estimation as well as execution.
∎ Determine project function and conceptual costing as per management demand.
∎ Organize working team for site survey and give them directions.
∎ Monitoring drawing process based on field measurement.
∎ Distributing work among architects and CAD operators.
∎ Follow up the project execution on regular basis (visit work-sites to ensure that construction adheres to architectural plans).
∎ Negotiate and meet with client, nominated consulting firms and collect design.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Exterior Design, Interior Design, Landscape Design, Auto Cad (2D), 3D Studio Max, Sketch Up (3D), V Ray Render,Lumion, animation, Adobe Photoshop, Power point,MS Office.

Salary: Negotiable
