Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and delegate the coverage of news items for broadcasting
∎ Liaison with reporters and effectively allocate work to team members in order to ensure appropriate coverage of stories are done
∎ Stage news considering the audience, monitor news headlines, make final outlets edit and review completed work
∎ Ensure quality of voice delivery through correct expression, clarity of voice and proper pronunciation (Bangla and English)
∎ Monitor auto-que content and prepare run-down on regular basis by adding and dropping material as needed
