∎ Candidate must have sufficient language skill (B2 or C1 or C2) in French language.
∎ Must be customer oriented.
∎ Candidates experienced in BPO industry, telecommunication, airlines, customer cate, hotel shall be preferred but it’s not a mandatory requirement.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To maintain effective communication with Italian Officials.
∎ To ensure day-to-day office activities.
∎ Handle customer/applicant queries personally or via email, telephone.
∎ To ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ To ensure local & international compliance, 100% implementation of SOP standards.
∎ Record & maintain all application data. Ensure accurate & timely data entry into the system with zero errors.
∎ Maintain compliance to the standard operating procedures, manuals etc. without deviation in process.
∎ To Ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Encourage applicants to provide feedback on services provided and their overall experience in the office.
