Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop complete understanding of school IT requirements.
∎ Coordinate with Corporate IT to ensure system and process alignment to the school Software.
∎ Ensure all hardware and services health checks and maintenance, such as computers, CCTV, routers, IPPABX, Managed WiFi Network, Active Directory, Printers, Scanners and sound systems.
∎ Ensure network smooth connectivity for email server, school software, etc.
∎ Ensure required maintenance of the IT infrastructure at school.
∎ Resolve IT queries and escalations at school.
∎ Coordinate and maintain 3rd Party Hardware, Software and Services warranty and repair it on a timely basis.
∎ Sound knowledge on hardware and software.
∎ Conduct IT training for basic computer skills and other applications for end user.
∎ Support school knowledge management through creation of necessary shared databases, repositories and managing access privileges as required.
∎ Regular maintenance and support of school websites as per assignments.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
