Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Computer Operator, Machine installation, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, rotating machines, Tea process
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery in the field.
∎ Collaborating with engineering teams from local and India to design, maintain, and improve tea processing machinery.
∎ Conducting detailed analysis and assessments to ensure machinery operates optimally.
∎ Troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical and electromechanical issues.
∎ Utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) software for engineering tasks (Preferred).
∎ Great customer service mindset with promotional skills.
∎ Travelling required at company expense.
∎ Managing and moderating the company's website and social media platforms.
∎ Creating, curating, and scheduling engaging content for online posts.
∎ Interacting with the online community, responding to inquiries and comments.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for spreadsheet and Word for documentation tasks.

∎ Age 22 to 30 years
