Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for managing and overseeing the hospital's IT infrastructure, ensuring data security, and implementing technology solutions to support patient care and hospital operations.
∎ Provide support to all departments in hardware, software, and network-related issues.
∎ Configure, install, and maintain laptops and workstations.
∎ Configure, install, and maintain IT systems.
∎ This role combines technical skills, leadership, and business acumen.
∎ Ensures that technology is leveraged to enhance the patient experience and the hospital's efficiency.
∎ Has to maintain the Hospital Management Software.
∎ Maintain hardware and software for desktops, laptops, printers, and other devices.
∎ Has to maintain all security electronic devices like CC Camera, biometric machine, theft alarm, etc.
∎ Ensure that data security is enabled, such as a two-factor authentication system.
