Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide quality service to internal departments along with customer over email, outbound call to ensure smooth operation and positive customer experience.
∎ Proactively aware internal department and customer regarding different critical issues.
∎ Capture customer insights and escalate critical issues / complaints and provide timely feedback.
∎ Maintain targeted KPI on a regular basis
∎ Serve internal department and customers with helping attitude and thus play a significant role in customer satisfaction, retention, and acquisition.
∎ Maintaining high standard of service quality as per the requirement of the organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 19 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Effective communication skills both in English & Bengali.
∎ Positive service mindset with helping attitude
∎ Ability to work under pressure
