Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Master of Commerce (MCom)
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Independently, Ability to Work Under Pressure, Practical Working skill in raw material inventory activity.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Admin and Accounts, Inventory management, Inventory/ Store Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Furniture, Furniture Manufacturer
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure goods are kept by First In First Out method (FIFO).
∎ Keep stock record of raw materials and finish goods .
∎ To Maintain inventory in software
∎ Prepare delivery documents and check them physically during loading and unloading
∎ Place order to SCM based on reorder level.
∎ Follow up of placed order goods with SCM
∎ To ensure preparation of MRR & MRN on time.
∎ Develop, manage and implement recording of the necessary data in ledger on time.
∎ Ensure emergency local purchase.
∎ Maintain monthly inventory and reconciliation.
∎ Maintain all email communications with Head Office.
∎ To ensure store/warehouse are neat and clean.
∎ To perform any other tasks when assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
