Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an experienced, dynamic Inventory Controller who has worked in a TRADING COMPANY in INVENTORY. Candidate must have enough knowledge on Inventory management, stock handling, reporting and distribution process. Maintaining and supervise company`s all showrooms, showroom employees and showroom stock & distribution. We are a trading based company so, working experience in a trading company will get priority. Candidates must be smart, intelligent, energetic, dedicated towards duties & responsibilities. Candidates must have the capability to take challenge.
∎ Job location: Company`s head office

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take custodianship of inventory of a company.
∎ Develop and implement inventory management systems, maintain stock levels, and coordinate the logistics of orders and transfers.
∎ Analyze supply chain data and generate purchase and pricing reports.
∎ Track inbound and outbound orders to prevent overstocking and out-of-stock (OOS).
∎ Maintain and update records of purchase orders, pricing reports, and inventory records etc.
∎ Performing regular stock checks and reporting any issues to the supervisor.
∎ Inventory Planning based on monthly demand planning.
∎ Conduct inventory audit apart from Internal Audit department.
∎ Perform inventory counts and ensure all inventory is accounted for and reported according to company policy.
∎ Analyze and reviewing supply chain data to identify and resolve issues.
∎ Investigate and correct discrepancies over the time.
∎ Knowledge about invoicing, delivery challan, VAT challan.
∎ Excellent knowledge of inventory management software like Tally Prime.
∎ Sound and practical knowledge regarding material receipt and issue.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 years of practical supervisory role in inventory
∎ Inventory custodianship in trading organization is preferred but not mandatory.
