Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Make Outbound Calls: Call potential students or parents from provided leads to inform them about our educational services.
∎ Explain Products Clearly: Clearly explain features, benefits, and offers of Made Easy's online learning platform.
∎ Build Customer Interest: Engage in meaningful conversations to understand customer needs and generate interest in our services.
∎ Maintain Call Records: Accurately log details of every call in the tracking system or Google Sheets.
∎ Meet Daily/Weekly Targets: Achieve assigned calling and conversion goals under guidance.
∎ Follow-Up Professionally: Call back interested leads and maintain regular communication until conversion.
∎ Understand Our Courses: Stay updated with all course offerings, pricing, and updates to confidently answer queries.
∎ Provide Feedback: Share insights from customer calls to help improve scripts, offers, or services.
