Job Context

Fashion 24 BD Ltd is an apparel sourcing and supply company based in Uttara, Dhaka, connecting global buyers with Bangladesh’s manufacturers and suppliers. We are offering an internship in merchandising for passionate students and fresh graduates who want to build a career in the RMG sector.

Interns will work alongside experienced industry professionals and gain practical exposure to the complete merchandising cycle, from buyer communication and sampling to costing, sourcing and shipment follow-up. This is a hands-on learning opportunity designed to make candidates industry-ready.

Job Responsibilities

Assist the marketing team in daily order, sample and T&A follow-up

Learn and support buyer communication, including professional email correspondence

Support product development, sampling and costing activities

Assist in fabric, trims and accessories sourcing and supplier coordination

Prepare and maintain documents, reports, trackers and follow-up sheets

Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers under supervisor guidance

Support the company’s social media and digital marketing activities

Participate in training and learning sessions to build merchandising skills

Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Educational Requirements

Students and graduates of Textile Engineering, Apparel Merchandising, Fashion Design, BBA, Marketing or related fields will be preferred

Experience Requirements
